Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was not worth the cost as it ended up being more expensive than advertised online. The room smelled of cologne and cigarettes. On the bright side, the service was helpful and courteous despite some communication hiccups. The location was just okay and a bit inconvenient due to limited amenities. The dining experience was lacking real substance but had good dishes.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not that clean, but they had a nice little balcony and functioning windows, making them simple, clean, and quiet. The amenities like the flat-screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge were a nice touch. The service was polite and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate a handicapped member of our party, even though we had to change rooms twice. The location, while nicely landscaped and clean, felt too small and inconvenient since we were on the second level. The dining experience was very basic, lacking substance, with a late start for breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms, though made for small people, were impeccably clean and came with a wonderful balcony. The friendly staff really made my stay special. What more could you ask for?
I stayed at the Western Inn for two nights and had a disappointing experience. The rooms had bugs over the beds, and the owners' wife was rude when we reported it. Additionally, the smell of wet animal and smoke was pervasive near our room. The location was decent, close to downtown, but needed maintenance. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, but the timing could be better for early risers. The facilities were lacking, and the management needs to work on providing a cleaner atmosphere for their customers.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a nice little balcony and functioning windows, but the smell was pretty awful. The service was quite accommodating despite some initial hiccups with room allocations. The location, while convenient to downtown Billings and nicely landscaped, felt a bit tired. The dining options were basic with limited protein choices. Overall, not the worst place I've stayed, but definitely room for improvement.
